Instructions

Review these instructions and then Click the "GO TO THE MOTION DOCKET" link below.

  1. Click the link below.
  2. If clicking the link takes you to the Calendar Page, skip Steps 3 and 4 of these instructions. If clicking the link takes you to the Dallas County & District Courts Case Information page, continue with Step 3.
  3. Select "All County Courts at Law Civil" from the "Case Information" dropdown.
  4. Click the "Court Calendar" link (NOT the "County Courts at Law" link).
  5. You should now be on the Court Calendar page.
  6. To search for a particular case, party, defendant, or attorney":
    1. Select "Attorney", "Party or Defendant Name", or "Case" in the "Search By" dropdown.
    2. Enter the pertinent information.
    3. Click the "Search" button.

    To view Judge Tapscott's Motion Docket:
    1. Select "Judicial Officer" in the "Search By" dropdown.
    2. Select "Tapscott, Ken" in the "Judicial Officer" dropdown.
    3. Enter a Date Range.
    4. Click the "Search" button.
  7. Click the link "GO TO MOTION DOCKET" to search the motion docket.
